All trading activities on Torox are conducted at your own risk. The platform provides tools and services for cryptocurrency trading but does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

Trading fees and charges are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation. All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all trading orders. Torox is not liable for losses resulting from user error or misunderstanding of trading functions.

Torox supports various wallet connections including MetaMask, Phantom, and other compatible wallets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys.

Never share your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords with anyone. Torox will never ask for this sensitive information.

Ensure your wallet software is up-to-date and from official sources. BullX is not responsible for compromised wallets or unauthorized transactions.

You acknowledge that wallet connections involve inherent security risks, and you use wallet integration features at your own risk.

Trading bonuses, including the 0.5 SOL early access bonus, are subject to specific terms and conditions that may change without notice.

Bonuses may have trading volume requirements, time limitations, or other conditions that must be met before withdrawal or use.

Torox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate bonus programs at any time. Abuse of bonus systems may result in account suspension.

Bonus funds may be subject to different trading rules than regular deposits. All bonus terms will be clearly communicated when applicable.

Torox provides services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Torox be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to Torox in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Torox harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
